This page provides a high-level DPA-style annex for customers who engage MWWE to process personal data on their behalf (for example as part of consulting or implementation work).

This is not a substitute for a fully executed agreement. Customers requiring a signed DPA should request a countersigned document from MWWE.

Roles

  • Customer: the business entity that determines the purposes and means of processing (“Controller” where applicable).
  • MWWE: Moore World Wide Enterprises, LLC, acting as Processor (or sub-processor, if engaged through another vendor) solely to provide agreed services.

Processing instructions

MWWE will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including with regard to transfers, unless required by applicable law.

Confidentiality

MWWE ensures that persons authorized to process personal data are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Security

MWWE implements appropriate technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including [TBD: describe measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence].

Sub-processors

The Customer authorizes MWWE to engage sub-processors to support delivery. Current categories may include:

  • Hosting / CDN: Cloudflare (or successor) for static site delivery [TBD: confirm vendor list]
  • Form processing: Spamblock [TBD: confirm vendor list]
  • Cookie consent tooling: TermsFeed (if enabled) [TBD: confirm vendor list]

MWWE will provide notice of material changes to sub-processors where required by agreement or law.

Assistance

MWWE will assist the Customer—taking into account the nature of processing—with appropriate technical and organizational measures for fulfillment of data subject rights and with respect to security incidents, where contractually agreed.

Deletion / return

Upon end of services, MWWE will delete or return personal data related to the engagement, unless retention is required by law.

Audits

Where required by agreement, MWWE will make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and allow for audits subject to reasonable confidentiality and scheduling constraints.
